Source of Life, Creator of All Diversity,
we honor today the beauty and dignity
of those whose bodies and identities
expand our understanding of humanity,
holding space for those who have been
unseen, unheard, or misunderstood.
We remember those who have struggled
to live fully and freely in a world
that has not yet learned to cherish
the full spectrum of human experience.
Guide us, Holy One,
to embrace Your image in all its forms,
and help us to recognize the sacredness in each life and body.
May we be sources of healing where there has been harm,
of understanding where there has been silence,
and of light for those who have been cast in shadow.
Teach us, as Rabbi Meir taught,
that “a coin struck from the same die is alike in every way,
but the blessed Holy One creates every person
in the image of the first human,
and yet each one is unique” (Mishnah Sanhedrin 4:5).
May we, like You, honor the holiness in every being,
exactly as they are.
Blessed are You, Eternal Source,
who sanctifies us with the wisdom
to see Your infinite image reflected
in all of creation.
May we be guardians of dignity,
champions of justice,
and instruments of love,
today and always.
