This tefillah is a Yizkor honoring the Taíno Nation and all other Indigenous Americans who were wiped out by Christopher Columbus. It is meant to be said on Indigenous People’s day/Columbus Day. It talks about the suffering the people of America were subjected too and is a prayer asking H-shem to both care for them in death and to tell the whole world what happened.

May Hashem remember the souls of the innocent who were killed, murdered, slaughtered, and enslaved, who had to watch their children eaten by animals, and (who) as a people are no longer with us. | |
I beg you Hashem don’t let their suffering be their final moments. Let them reside in Heaven and come back in the time of the Mashiaḥ.[1] At the Resurrection of the Dead. Do not let the murderers and enslavers be celebrated, and let the whole world know the events that occurred. Now let us respond: Amen. |
