מִי שֶׁבֵּירַךְ אֲבוֹתֵֽינוּ

May the One who blessed our ancestors,
Avraham, Yitsḥaq, and Yaaqov,
Mosheh and Aharon,
David and Shlomo;
and all the holy and pure congregations,
bless this holy congregation,
both great and small;
they, their children,
wives, and disciples.

(בעשרת ימי תשובה אומרים
וְיִכְתְּבֵם בְּסֵפֶר חַיִּים טוֹבִים)
וְכֵן יְהִי רָצוֹן
וְנֹאמַר אָמֵן׃
May the supreme King of the universe, bless you
and purify you,
and hearken to the voice of your supplication:
redeem and deliver you from all manner of trouble and distress.
May the word of YHVH support you
and shield you;
and may Hashem spread over you a Sukkah of peace
and cultivate between you
love, fraternity, peace, and friendship.
May he remove from among you all manner of causeless enmity,
and break the yoke of the nations from off your neck;
and fulfil in you what is written,
[that] “YHVH, eloah of your ancestors
make you a thousand times as many more as you are,
and bless you as Hashem has promised you.” (Deuteronomy 1:11)
(During the Penitential Days, say also,
And may Hashem write them in the book of life.)
Which in Hashem’s infinite mercy grant:
and let us say, amen.

This is the Brakhah la’Qehilah, the Blessing for the Congregation as found in Seder haTefilot: The Order of the Daily Prayers in Hebrew and English According to the Custom of the Spanish and Portuguese Jews (1789, 2nd ed. 1810) p. 132v-134r. I have re-Hebraized names, replaced archaisms, and added translation missing in the siddur. –Aharon Varady
