This is the prayer for the Dutch royal family and the city government of Amsterdam as found in תפלת כל פה Geberden der Portugees-Israelieten (B. Israel Ricardo 1950). The formula preserved here is closer to the 17th century English translation of hanoten teshua presented by Menasseh ben Israel to Oliver Cromwell. –Aharon Varady
