You, who give power to rulers and glory to kings, whose Kingdom is the kingdom of all ages, You, who delivered David, Your servant, from all dangers, who rules over sea and land, bless and keep, save and sustain our ruler His Majesty, Peter Ⅱ,[1] Peter Ⅱ Karađorđević (Serbo-Croatian: Петар Ⅱ Карађорђевић, Petar Ⅱ Karađorđević; 6 September 1923 – 3 November 1970) was the last King of Yugoslavia, reigning from October 1934 until he was deposed in November 1945. He was the last reigning member of the Karađorđević dynasty. King of Yugoslavia Her Majesty, the Queen Mother Maria[2] Marija Karađorđević (6 January 1900 – 22 June 1961), Princess of Romania, was Queen of the Serbs, Croats and Slovenes from 1922 to 1929 and Queen of Yugoslavia from 1929 to 1934 as the wife of King Alexander Ⅰ. Her parents were Prince Ferdinand of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen (later Ferdinand Ⅰ of Romania) and Princess Marie of Edinburgh (later Queen Maria). She was the mother of King Peter Ⅱ. Her citizenship was revoked, and her property was confiscated by the Yugoslav communist regime in 1947, but she was posthumously rehabilitated in 2014. and the entire illustrious House of Karađorđević[3] The House of Karađorđević or Karađorđević dynasty (Serbian: Династија Карађорђевић, Dinastija Karađorđević, IPA: [karadʑǒːrdʑevitɕ]; pl.
