מִי שֶׁבֵּרַךְ אִמּוֹתֵ֫ינוּ שָׂרָה, רִבְקָה, לֵאָה, וְרָחֵל, מִרְיָם, דְּבוֹרָה, אֲבִיגָאֵל, וְחֻלְדָּה, שֶׁבֵּרַךְ אֲבוֹתֵ֫ינוּ אַבְרָהָם יִצְחָק וְיַעֲקֹב, מֹשֶׁה וְאַהֲרֹן, דָּוִד וּשְׁלֹמֹה, הוּא יְבָרֵךְ וִישְׁמֹר וְיִנְצֹר וַיַּעֲזֹר אֶת כֹּל הַחוֹלוֹת וְאֶת כֹּל הַח‍וֹ‍לִים.	May the One Who blessed our ancestors, Sarah, Rebecca, Lea, Rachel, Miriam, Debora, Abigael, and Ḥulda; Who blessed our ancestors Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Aaron, David, and Solomon; bless, protect, preserve, and help all those who are ill.
מַלְכָּא דְּעָלְמָא הוּא יְבָרֵךְ יָתְהוֹן וְיִזְכֶּה יָתְהוֹן וְיִשְׁמַע בְּקָל צְלוֹתְה‍וֹ‍ן וְיִרְפָּאֵם רְפוּאָה שְׁלֵמָה, רְפוּאַת הַנֶּ֫פֶשׁ וּ‍רְפ‍וּאַת הַגּוּף,	May the universal Sovereign bless them, acknowledge their merit, heed their prayers, and grant them comprehensive health of body and mind.
וְכֵן יְהִי רָצוֹן וְנֹאמַר אָמֵן.	May this be the Divine will, and let us say, “Amen”.
יְהִי רָצוֹן מִלִּפְנֵי הַשָּׁמַ֫יִם לְרַחֵם עַל פְּלִיטָתֵ֫נוּ וְלַעֲצֹר הַמַּגֵּפָה וְהַמַּשְׁחִית וְהַחֶ֫רֶב וְהָרָעָב וְהַשְּׁבִּי וְהַבִּזָּה מֵעָלֵ֫ינוּ וּמֵעַל כָּ̊ל יוֹשְׁבֵי תֵּבֵל, וְאִמְרוּ אָמֵן.	May it be the will of Heaven to have mercy on those of us who have survived and to avert all plague, destruction, war, famine, captivity, and desolation from us and all people of the world. Amen.
יְהִי רָצוֹן מִלִּפְנֵי הַשָּׁמַ֫יִם שֶׁנִּשְׁמַע וְנִתְבַּשֵּׂר בְּשׂוֹרוֹת טוֹבוֹת בְּשׂוֹרוֹת יְשׁוּעוֹת וְנֶחָמוֹת מֵאַרְבַּע כַּנְפוֹת כֹּל הָאָ֫רֶץ, וְאִמְרוּ אָמֵן.	May it be the will of Heaven that we hear good tidings of rescue and comfort from all the four corners of the Earth. Amen.
