We thank Thee, O Father,
that Thou hast preserved us
through the days of trial and danger.
Hold fast our hearts, dear Lord,
that health
and peace
and victory may,
no less than sickness,
war
and defeat,
bind us with bonds of love
unto Thee.
Amen.
