They aroused their strength to defend Gaza, stood with courage against wickedness and murder. They projected the voices of the voiceless to the world, bringing truth to light from darkness and gloom. They gave healing and solace to the afflicted, toiling in face of death without their tools of work. These were heroes and brave people who did not abandon their watch; they were slaughtered and burned and deprived of breath. |
