“Halanofelim Tequmah” is the second reshut offered before Nishmat at the outset of Shaḥarit (concluding the Zemirot). It is the fourth reshut among the reshuyot in the Old Sefaradi Tiqun for Shabbat Ḥazon — the final shabbat before 9 Av.
