May my lips open and my voice exclaim a song that brings pleasure and nourishment to the source of life.	אֲדֹנָי שְׂפָתַי תִּפְתָּח וּפִי יַגִּיד תְּהִלָּתֶֽךָ׃ (תהלים נא:יז)
1. Ancestors (Avot / Imahot)	אָבוֹת וְאִמָּהוֹת
Ancestors and Guides, I invoke your love, care, blessing, protection, guidance, and support. Barukh Atah Adonai, Magen Avraham v’Ezrat Sarah.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ מָגֵן אַבְרָהָם וְעֶזְרַת שָׂרָה׃
2. Source Of Miracles (Gevurot)	גְּבוּרוֹת
Source of Life, I invoke and praise you, the force capable of creating miracles in my life. Barukh Atah Adonai, M’ḥayei Ha-Metim.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ מְחַיֵּה הַמֵּתִים׃
3. Source Of Holiness (Ḳadosh)	קָדוֹשׁ
Source of loving evolution, I invoke you to correct any imbalances or impurities within my field, so that I may be presentable, and able to be present in this Holy Space. Barukh Atah Adonai, Ha-El HaḲadosh.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ הָאֵל הַקָּדוֹשׁ׃
4. Humble Knowing (Ḥonen HaDa’at)	חוֹנֵן הַדָּעַת
I allow my attention to rest in the place where inner knowing, insight, and understanding bubble forth within me. I offer praise to the source of life, and I allow the divine to communicate with me and for awareness to grow within me. Barukh Atah Adonai, Ḥonen HaDa’at.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ חוֹנֵן הַדָּעַת׃
5. Repentance (Teshuvah)	תְּשׁוּבָה
I stand before the presence of compassion, understanding, forgiveness and right action to ask to re-align my life with joy, happiness, vitality, success and fulfillment. I align my being with the vision and manifestation of my most fulfilled life. I allow myself to notice what falls out of alignment, and to invoke compassion, understanding, forgiveness and right action. Barukh Atah Adonai, Ha-Rotseh ḆiTshuvah.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ הָרוֹצֶה בִתְשׁוּבָה׃
6. Forgiveness (Seliḥah)	סְלִיחָה
I invoke the divine power of forgiveness and ask the source of life to help me in forgiving myself and others for any transgression and hurt. I ask for forgiveness, and ask to be forgiven. Barukh Atah Adonai, Ḥanun HaMarbeh Lislōaḥ.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ חַנּוּן הַמַּרְבֶּה לִסְלֹחַ׃
7. A Redeemed World (Gəulah)	גְּאֻלָּה
I invoke the presence of Geulah, and ask this presence to fill the world and bring healing, compassion, and evolution. Barukh Atah Adonai Gōel Yisrael.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ גּוֹאֵל יִשְׂרָאֵל׃
8. Bring Healing to those who are ill (Refuah)	רְפוּעָה
I invoke the presence of Hashem Refuah, the great healer, and ask that this presence come and heal those who are sick — (specifically . . .) — May they be healed and blossom with health and vitality. Barukh Atah Adonai, Rofeh Ḥolei Amo Yisrael.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ רוֹפֵא חוֹלֵא עָמוֹ יִשְׂרָאֵל׃
9. We Ask for a Year of Blessing (M’varekh HaShanim)	מְבָרֵךְ הַשָּׁנִים
I have complete trust with perfect faith and gratitude that this year ahead is filled with joy, prosperity, success, health, happiness, generosity, security, peace, and miracles! Barukh Atah Adonai, M’varekh HaShanim.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ מְבָרֵךְ הַשָּׁנִים׃
10. End Of Exile (Ḳibbuts Galuyot)	קִבּוּץ גָּלוּיוֹת
I invoke the mother who calls her children home. May the human heart hear her call like a Shofar and repent our ways, and create an Eden once again. Barukh atah Adonai, M’kabets Nidḥei Amo Yisrael.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ מְקַבֵּץ נִדְחֵי עַמּוֹ יִשְׂרָאֵל׃
11. Justice (Tsedeḳ)	צֶדֶק
I invoke the spirit of righteousness, justice, and compassion to fill the hearts and minds of all man. Fill our world, fill our actions, fill me, fill my actions. Barukh Atah Adonai, Melekh Ohev Tsedaḳah u’Mishpat.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ מֶלֶךְ אוֹהֵב צְדָקָה וּמִשְׁפָּט׃
12. Pray for the Failure of Evil Forces (Birkat Haminim)	בִּרְכַּת הַמִּינִים
I pray for the heart of humanity. I uplift the heart of the world. I sing to you. May the forces of goodness prevail and be much stronger than any force of evil! May the plans of evil be disrupted. May those creating disharmony repent immediately and work towards the good of all. May the web of life be restored to harmony. Barukh Atah Adonai, Shover Oyvim u-Makhniya Zedim.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ שׁוֹבֵר אוֹיְבִים וּמַכְנִיעַ זֵדִים׃
13. Pray for the Ascended Masters (Tsadiḳim)	צַדִּיקִים
I invoke the righteous and evolutionary strength of the Tsadiḳim. Please bestow blessings of prosperity and success for those who are building a sacred world of peace. Barukh Atah Adonai, Mish’an u-Mivtaḥ LaTsadiḳim.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ מִשְׁעָן וּמִבְטָח לַצַּדִּיקִים׃
14. Build A City Of Peace (Binyan Yerushalyim)	בִּנְיַן יְרוּשָׁלַיִם
Great Spirit, assemble us, fill us with the knowledge of peace, wisdom, and beauty. May we join hearts and minds to build dwelling places of peace. Barukh Atah Adonai, Boneh Yerushalayim.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ בּוֹנֵה יְרוּשָׁלָיִם׃
15. Wellspring of Salvation (Malkhut Beit David)	מַלְכוּת בֵּית דָּוִד
Please God, cause salvation to spring up and flourish in our world. Barukh Atah Adonai, Matsmiaḥ Ḳeren Yeshua.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ מַצְמִיחַ קֶרֶן יְשׁוּעָה׃
16. (Ḳabbalat T’filah)	קַבָּלַת תְּפִלָּה
Spirit of Life, I love you. Please receive nourishment through these words. Barukh Atah Adonai, Shome’a T’filah.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ שׁוֹמֵעַ תְּפִלָּה׃
17. (Shekhinah)	שְׁכִינָה
Great Shekhinah, may you be united again with your world that you love so much. May you be forever honored, respected, and welcomed home. We crown you as Queen of the world once more. Barukh Atah Adonai, HaMaḥzir Shekhinato L’Tsiōn.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ הַמַּחֲזִיר שְׁכִינָתוֹ לְצִיּוֹן׃
18. Gratitude (Modim)	מוֹדִים
Thank you ancestors, guides, thank you Hashem, thank you, Goodness for the pleasure of connecting with you. Barukh Atah Adonai, HaTov Shimkha u-lekha naeh ləhodot.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ הַטּוֹב שִׁמְךָ וּלְךָ נָאֶה לְהוֹדוֹת׃
19. (Shalom)	שָׁלוֹם
Great Spirit, bring your peace, to all the nations of the world, and to the nation of Yisrael. Barukh Atah Adonai, Hamvorekh et Amo Yisrael BaShalom.	בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ הַמְבָרֵךְ אֶת עַמּוֹ יִשְׂרָאֵל בַּשָּׁלוֹם׃

This weekday Amidah was offered by Miriam Rubin as an exercise during the Davvening Leadership Training Initiative (Week 3). She writes, “I began writing this July of 2024 when I was still pregnant and finished it in February of 2025 when my daughter was about 4 months old.” This form of Amidah can also be found in Seder Ḥibbur Berakhot, the earliest example of Italian liturgy.
