יתגדל ויתקדש
שמיה רבא אמן
בעלמא דברא
כרעותיה
Magnified and sanctified
be his great name (amen)
in the world which he hath created
according to his will.
וימליך מלכותיה
בחייכון וביומיכון
ובחייהון דכל בית ישראל
בעגלא ובזמן קריב
ואמרו אמן
And may he establish his kingdom
during your life and during your days
and in their life, all the house of Israel,
even speedily and at a near time,
and say ye: Amen.
ועונין הצבור אמן
יהא שמיה רבה מברך
לעלם ולעלמי עלמיא
And the congregation responds: Amen.
Let his great name be blessed
for ever and ever and to all eternity.
ואומר ויתברך אמן
ישתבח ויתרומם
ויתנשא ויתהדר
ויתעלה ויתקלס
שמיא דקודשא
בריך הוא אמן
לעילא
מכל ברכתא ושירתא
תושבחתא ונחמתא
דאמרן בעלמא
ואמרו אמן׃
And he says: Blessed (amen),
praised and exalted,
and extolled and honoured
and magnified and lauded
be the name of the Holy One,
blessed be He (amen)
though he be high above
all the blessings and hymns
and praises and consolations
which are uttered in the world.
And say ye: Amen.

This variation of the Ḥatsi Qaddish can be found in Seder Rav Amram as attested on fol. 6r of JTS MS 4074. The full JTS MS 4074 can be found digitized, here.

David Hedegard transcribed three manuscript versions of Ḥatsi Qaddish in his dissertation on Seder R. Amram Gaon (Lindstedt, 1951). In his transcription, this source is labeled [ז] and in his translation, [S]. I have modifited Hedegard’s translation slightly by re-Hebraizing divine names.
