A unique Nusaḥ Erets Yisrael variant of the Qaddish found in the Cairo Geniza, most well known for including the names of the leading rabbis of the community in its text.

in the world that They created per Their will!
Let Their sovereignty reign,
and Their redemption flower,
and Their messiah come near —

וּבְחַיֵּי רַבֵּֽנוּ שְׁלֹמֹה הַכֹּהֵן אַב הַיְּשִׁיבָה,
וּבְחַיֵּי רַבֵּֽנוּ צָדוֹק הַשְּׁלִישִׁי בַּחֲבוּרָה,

בְּחַיֵּיכוֹן וּבְיוֹמֵיכוֹן
וּבְחַיֵּי כׇּל־בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל,
בִּמְהֵרָה וּבִזְמַן קָרִיב,
וְאִמְרוּ אָמֵן!
קָהָלָא – אָמֵן!
Qerova: In your life, our lord Eviathar the Priest,[3] The head of the Nusaḥ Erets Yisrael community in Cairo from 1083 to 1112.  head of the Pride of Jacob yeshiva,
and in the life of our rabbi Shlomo the Priest father[4] Chief lecturer or second-in-command, below only the head.  of the yeshiva,
and in the life of our rabbi Yiṣḥaq, the third in the assembly,[5] One who wishes to use this qaddish in a service today would replace the names here with the names of whoever are the highest-ranking clergy or teachers at the place of prayer. 
and in your lives and in your days
and in the lives of all the house of Israel,
speedily and in a near time,
and say amen!

קָהָלָא – יְהֵא שְׁמֵיהּ רַבָּא מְבָרַךְ לְעָלְמָא
וּלְעָלְמֵי עָלְמַיָּא!
Community: May Their great Name be blessed to eternity

יִתְבָּרַךְ יִשְׁתַּבַּח יִתְפָּאַר יִתְרוֹמַם יִתְנַשֵּׂא יִתְעַלֶּה וְיִתְהַדָּר

Qerova: Above, above all the blessings,
the songs, the laudations, and the comforts
that are said in the world per Their will,

יַעֲשֶׂה שָׁלוֹם עָלֵֽינוּ וַעֲלֵיכֶם
