Barton G. Lee ![]() Barton G. LeeRabbi Barton Gary Lee (1942-2021), from San Antonio, Texas, was for many years the rabbi of the Hillel Jewish Student Center at Arizona State University. As a teen he was the regional president of the Texas-Oklahoma Federation of Temple Youth. He received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and his rabbinical training from Hebrew Union College at Cincinnati, Ohio. With Rabbi Roy A. Walter, he published My Prayers: A Jewish child’s book of prayers for every day (2011).
