Et kos yeshu`ot: Essa bezimra:
Uvshem Adonai: Odé ve’eḳra:

I will lift up the cup of salvation, while I am singing,
And I call upon the name of Adonai, and thank Him.
 
I will lift up . . .
לַ֒יְלָה וְיוֹמָם: עֻזּוֹ אֲמַלֵּל:
וּלְשֵׁם כְּבוֹדוֹ: תָּמִיד אֲהַלֵּל:
כִּי הוּא לְבַדּוֹ: יוֹצֵר מְחוֹלֵל:
מַעְלָה וּמַטָּה: יָצַר וּבָרָא:
 
*את כוס ישועות…
Layla veyomam: `Uzzo amallel:
Ulshem kevodo: Tamid ahallel:
Ki hu levaddo: Yotzer meḥolel:
Ma`ala umatta: Yatzar uvara:
 
Et kos yeshu`ot…
All day and night, I will proclaim His glory.
And His honorable name, I will always praise,
Because He is the sole creator.
He created and shaped: Above and Below.[1] i.e. Heaven and Earth.  
 
I will lift up . . .
יָ֒רוּם וְיִגְדַּל: עַל כָּל יְצוּרִים:
זִכְרוֹ מְבוֹרָךְ: נֶצַח לְדוֹרִים:
מוֹרִישׁ וּמַעְשִׁיר: מַשְׁפִּיל וּמֵרִים:
לוֹ הַגְּדֻלָּה: לוֹ הַגְּבוּרָה:

Yarum veyigdal: `Al kol yetzurim:
Zichro mevorach: Netzaḥ ledorim:

Lo haggedulla lo haggevura:

May His name grow and rise up upon all creatures.
His memory is blessed, a sign forever.
He makes people poor and rich, low and high.
He has the greatness, He has the might.

Rabbu ve`atzmo: Nissé fela’av:

Lachen betzarot: Nimtza le`ezra:

Adonai is always close to His callers.
His miracles and wonders are many and powerful.
His kindness and mercy are upon all His creatures.
Therefore, He can always help with all troubles.
 
I will lift up . . .

מַנְהִיג וּמוֹשֵׁל: עַל כָּל פְּלָכִים:
נוֹרָא וְעֶלְיוֹן: מֶלֶךְ מְלָכִים:
אַדִּיר וְגָדוֹל: גִּבּוֹר וְנוֹרָא:

Yaḳeru derachav: `Al kol derachim:
Manhiḡ umoshel: `Al kol pelachim:
Nora ve`elyon: Melech melachim:
Addir veḡadol: Gibbor venora:
 
Et kos yeshu`ot…
His ways are more precious than other ways.
He is the leader and ruler of all the districts.
He is awesome and superior, King of kings,
Mighty and great, tremendous and awesome.
 
I will lift up . . .
מָ֒עוֹז וּמַחְסֶה: אֶל דַּל וְאֶבְיוֹן:
יִשְׁלַח לְעַמּוֹ: יֶשַׁע וּפִדְיוֹן:
מֶלֶךְ וְכֹהֵן: יָבִיא לְצִיּוֹן:
יִבְנֶה מְהֵרָה: בֵּית הַבְּחִירָה:
 
*את כוס ישועות…
Ma`oz umaḥseh: El dal ve’evyon:
Yishlaḥ le`ammo: Yesha` ufidyon:
melech vechohen: Yavi letziyyon:
Yivné mehera: Bet habbeḥira:
 
Et kos yeshu`ot…
He is like a fortress and a shelter to the poor and wretched.
He will send to His people salvation and redemption.
He will bring to Ẓion, king and priest.
He will build soon the Holy Temple.
 
I will lift up . . .
