Pinchus Ciment  Pinchus CimentRabbi Pinchus Ciment, born in Boston, Massachusetts, is the founding director of Chabad-Lubavitch of Arkansas. He studied at the Rabbinical Seminary in Morristown, New Jersey, and the Central Lubavitch Yeshiva in Brooklyn, New York, receiving his rabbinical ordination in 1990. In 1992, he and his wife established themselves in Little Rock, Arkansas as Shluḥim (emmisaries) of the ḤaBaD-Lubavitch movement. In 2015, he established the boys Yeshiva high school, Hebrew Academy of Arkansas. He is a contributor to the ‘‘Ask the Clergy” section of the newspaper, the Arkansas Democrat–Gazette.
