The haftarah reading for Parashat Metsora is 2 Kings 7:3-20. When Parashat Metsora coincides with Shabbat haGadol, the haftarah reading is Malakhi 3:4-24. Parashat Metsora is preceded by parashat Tazria (Leviticus 12:1-13:59). Parashat Aḥarei Mōt (Leviticus 16:1-18:30) follows it. The parashot Tazria and Metsora are sometimes combined.
