This Chinese translation of an Ashkenazi nusaḥ for the piyyut “Shokhen Ad” following Nishmat Kol Ḥai is found on page 3 of the liner notes for the Chinese edition of Richard Collis’s album We Sing We Stay Together: Shabbat Morning Service Prayers (Wǒmen gēchàng, wǒmen xiāngjù — Ānxírì chén dǎo qídǎo). This is the piyyut “Pesaḥ Emunim (At Passover, the faithful…)” by Yosef bar Yaaqov Kalai for maariv (after the shema) on the seventh night of Pesaḥ, published in Adler and Davis’s Maḥzor for Shavuot, Avodat Ḥag ha-Matzot (1909), pp. 219-222. The words of Greta Thunberg adapted for a prayer for intervention in the anthropogenic climate crisis, for a Honshana ritual for Sukkot. The first of these concluding lines is the refrain from the ahavah for the same set, and the final four all begin with hei and transition into the berakhah.
