לְשֵׁם יִחוּד קוּדְשָׁא בְּרִיךְ הוּא וּשְׁכִינְתֵּיהּ
עַל יְדֵי הַהוּא טָמִיר וְנֶעְלָם
בְּשֵׁם כָּל יִשְֹרָאֵל:

In order to unify the Cosmic Masculine and the Divine Feminine,
in revealed and hidden ways,
for the sake of all of Israel:
|
|
וִיהִי רָצוֹן מִלְּפָנֶיךָ ה׳ אֱלֹהַי
שֶׁיְּהֵא עֵסֶק זֶה לִי לִרְפוּאָה כְּמָה שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר:
אִם שָׁמוֹעַ תִּשְׁמַע לְקוֹל ה׳ אֱלֹהֶיךָ
וְהַיָּשָׁר בְּעֵינָיו תַּעֲשֶׂה
וְהַאֲזַנְתָּ לְמִצְוֹתָיו
וְשָׁמַרְתָּ כָּל חֻקָּיו
כָּל הַמַּחֲלָה אֲשֶׁר שַׂמְתִּי בְמִצְרַיִם
לֹא אָשִׂים עָלֶיךָ
כִּי אֲנִי ה׳ רֹפְאֶךָ: (שמות טו:כו)

May it be Your will, Hashem my God,
that this act heal me,
as it says, “If you will heed your Creator diligently,
doing what is upright in eyes of the Divine,
giving ear to Divine commandments
and keeping all the Creator’s laws,
then I will not bring upon you any of the diseases
that I brought upon the Egyptians,
for I am your Divine healer.” (Exodus 15:26)

רְפָאֵנוּ ה׳ וְנֵרָפֵא,
הוֹשִׁיעֵנוּ וְנִוָּשֵׁעָה,
כִּי תְהִלָּתֵנוּ אָתָּה,
וְהַעֲלֵה אֲרוּכָה וּמַרְפֵּא
לְכָל־תַּחֲלוּאֵינוּ
וּלְכָל־מַכְאוֹבֵינוּ
וּלְכָל־מַכּוֹתֵינוּ.
כִּי אֵל רוֹפֵא רַחֲמָן וְנֶאֱמָן אָתָּה.
|
Heal us, Hashem, and we will be healed.
Save us and we will be saved,
for You are our Praise.
And bring a cure and healing
for all of our ailments,
and all our pains,
and all our wounds
for You, Holy One, are a compassionate and faithful healer.

וּבְכֵן מוֹדֶה/מוֹדָה אֲנִי לְפָנֶיךָ רוֹפֵא חַי וְקַיָּם
שֶׁלֹּא חִסַּר בְּעוֹלָמוֹ כְּלוּם
וּבָרָא בוֹ בְּרִיּוֹת טוֹבוֹת וְאִילָנוֹת טוֹבוֹת
לֵהָנוֹת בָּהֶם בְּנֵי אָדָם כְּמָה שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר:
וְעַל הַנַּחַל יַעֲלֶה עַל שְׂפָתוֹ מִזֶּה וּמִזֶּה כָּל עֵץ מַאֲכָל
לֹא יִבּוֹל עָלֵהוּ וְלֹא יִתֹּם
פִּרְיוֹ לָחֳדָשָׁיו יְבַכֵּר
כִּי מֵימָיו מִן הַמִּקְדָּשׁ הֵמָּה יוֹצְאִים
וְהָיוּ פִרְיוֹ לְמַאֲכָל
וְעָלֵהוּ לִתְרוּפָה. (יחזקאל מז:יב)

Therefore, I offer You my gratitude, O Living, Enduring Physician,
for there is nothing lacking in the world at all,
and who created in it: good creatures and pleasant trees
for the children of Adam to beautify themselves through them, as it says,
“All kinds of trees for food will grow up on both banks of the stream.
Their leaves will not wither nor their fruit fail;
they will yield new fruit every month,
because the water for them flows from the temple.
Their fruit will serve for food
and their leaves for healing.” (Ezekiel 47:12)

וַאֲנִי
אֲקַדֵּשׁ שְׁמֵךְ הַגָּדוֹל וְהַגִּבּוֹר וְהַנּוֹרָא
הֶהָדוּר הָאַדִּיר וְהַמֻּפְלָא וְהַנִּכְבָּד
הַדִרְיָרוֹם אַדִרְיָרוֹם
יַצִּיב גָּדוֹל טָהוֹר מְפֹרָשׁ שְׁמֵךְ
חוֹצֵב בְּשַׁלְהָבִיוֹת שֶׁל אֵשׁ
חַי יה יהו יהו קָדוֹשׁ וְנוֹרָא
בָּרָאתָ עֶלְיוֹנִים וְתַחְתּוֹנִים
בְּמַאֲמָרְךָ.

And as for me,
I will declare holy your great and mighty and fearsome name,
which is adorned, magnificent, wondrous, and honored,
Hadiryarom Adiryarom,
firm, great, pure, explicit is your name.
It hews with flames of fire.
Living YAH YHV YHV holy and fearsome.
You created the uppermost and the lowermost
with your command.

בָּרוּךְ רוֹפֵא כָל בָּשָׂר
וּמַפְלִיא לַעֲשׂוֹת:
|
Blessed is the Healer of all flesh,
who works wonders.
