mercifully accept our outcry, willingly heed our prayer, answer the sound of our plea, and open for us |

gates of blessing, gates of joy, gates of elation, |

שְׂעָרִי וַ֫עַד טוֹב, שַׁעֲרֵי זְכִיּוֹת, |
gates of success,
gates of scholarship, gates of merit, |

שַׁעֲרֵי חֶמְלָה,
שַׁעֲרֵי טוֹבָה, |
gates of compassion,
gates of goodness, |

שַׁעֲרֵי יְשׁוּעָה,
שַׁעֲרֵי כַּפָּרָה, |
gates of salvation,
gates of atonement, |

שַׁעֲרֵי לִמּוּד,
שַׁעֲרֵי מְחִילָה, |
gates of study,
gates of forgiveness, |

שַׁעֲרֵי נֶחָמָה,
שַׁעֲרֵי סְלִיחָה, |
gates of comfort,
gates of penitence, |

שַׁעֲרֵי עֶזְרָה,
שַׁעֲרֵי פְּדוּת, שַׁעֲרֵי צְדָקָה, |
gates of help,
gates of rescue, gates of justice, |

שַׁעֲרֵי קְדוּשָׁה,

וְיִכְתְּבֵ֫נוּ בְּסֵ֫פֶר חַיִּים טוֹבִים.
וְכֵן יְהִי רָצוֹן וְנֹאמַר אָמֵן. |
and inscribe us in Your book of good life.

This prayer appears on page 13-16 of Hayyim Obadya’s Seder Akhilat haSimanim for 5781. It is a variation of the piyyut Tayanu v’Tayatru albeit with a different opening line.
