Guard us that we should not sully ourselves with bodily pleasure, and do not give us any more physical pleasure than that which our soul needs. Purify our hearts that they should not want anything other than that which is needed to give pleasure to You. Recall us so that we turn completely toward You out of awe and love. Gather up all the wickedness and materialism with which we have rebelled against You, and transform it so that it merits to illuminate Your face as much as possible. Blessed are You, HASHEM, for You have gathered up all of our transgressions and transformed them into merits. |
