יְהִי רָצוֹן מִלְפָנֶיךָ שֶׁלֹא יִתְבּוֹדֵד שׁוּם אָדָם בְּסִבָּתִי, וְלֹא אֶתְבּוֹדֵד אֲנִי בְּסִבָּתָם.	May it be your will that no one be quarantined because of my actions, and that I not be quarantined through the fault of others.
וְהַרְחִיקֵנִי מִכַּף כׇּל מְאֻמָּת וְסָפֵק מְאֻמָּת.	And may you distance me from anyone who is verified [as a carrier of the virus] and from anyone possibly verified [as a carrier].
וְהַרְחִיקֵנִי מִמַּכְחִישׁ קוֹרוֹנָה.	And may you distance me from any denier of the coronavirus.
וְאַל תְּבִיאֵנִי לִידֵי שְׁנֵי מֶטְרִים מִבַּעַל תַּסְמִינִים, בֵּין שֶׁהוּא עִם מַסֵּכָה וּבֵין שֶׁאֵינוֹ עִם מַסֵּכָה, וּמִדִּינוֹ שֶׁל בִּידוּד.	And may you not bring me within a distance of two meters of anyone with symptoms, whether they are wearing a mask or whether they are not wearing a mask, and from anyone required to isolate.

Louis Polisson

Louis Polisson is a musician, poet, and rabbi, ordained by the Jewish Theological Seminary in 2018, where he also earned an MA in Jewish Thought focusing on Kabbalah and Ḥasidut. He feels deeply grateful and honored to have recently started serving as the Senior Rabbi at Congregation B'nai Israel in Northampton, Massachusetts, on an amazing campus that includes Abundance Farm, The Ohel Minyan, and Lander-Grinspoon Academy. He previously served as the Associate Rabbi and Music Director at Congregation Beth Sholom in Teaneck, New Jersey from 2023-2026 and as the solo clergy of Congregation Or Atid in Wayland, Massachusetts from 2018-2023. Binyamin Holtzman

Born in 1971, Rabbi Benyamin Holtzman is a graduate of Yeshivat Har Etzion, and received semicha from the Israel Rabbinate. He has served as Rabbi of Kibbutz Ma’ale Gilboa since 2001.
