How much, and then how deep are your thoughts, O Lord of Hosts, in bringing forth by marked wonder an Entity endowed with such singular prerogatives who wears the Supreme Dignity, girds his head with the regal Diadem, who gathers in his most elevated Intelligence the most sublime peregrine knowledge, untiring his magnanimous heart in listening to justice, that like a vigilant shepherd guides the adventurous people in the midst of which he lives, penetrating with his perspicacious views over the conduct of all the individuals living in his vast Dominions to set them on the right path; King who sustains his States on the hinges of Justice, having founded his Throne on Clemency, for praise, glory, and ornament. |
