🌐 Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women (November 25th)

This is an archive of prayers composed for, or relevant to, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, designated by the United Nations General Assembly in 2013 to occur every year on November 25th (Resolution 54/134). The premise of the day is to raise awareness that women around the world are still in our day subject to rape, domestic violence and other forms of violence; furthermore, it aims to highlight that the scale and true nature of the issue is often hidden.
