May the One Who blessed our ancestors bless also
[name], Rabbinical Intern,
who was called to the Torah to honor Heaven [and the Sabbath]
in recognition of their service to the congregation and to this minyan.
May the blessed Holy One protect them; grant them long life;
and as they travel their path of Torah,
may The Eternal bless their work;
may their example bring Jews ever closer
to Torah, to devotion, and to good deeds;
and may they, like Moses our Rabbi,
merit to be acknowledged a “faithful servant”[1] In “Yismaḥ Mosheh,” in the Shabbat morning Amidah, after Numbers 12:7.  of the Almighty.

[between Rosh haShana and Yom Kippur:
and may we all be inscribed for a good life in this new year].
So may it be their will,
and may we say, Amen.
