Howard A. Simon Howard A. SimonRabbi Howard A. Simon is a Reform movement rabbi in the United States. A graduate of the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion. Prior to assuming leadership of Temple Emanu-El Congregation (Sarasota, Florida), he served congregations in Baltimore, Atlantic City, Cincinnati, and Knoxville. He is vice president of the Sarasota Ministerial Association, and writes a monthly column for The Jewish News (Sarasota/Manatee).
