Howard A. SimonRabbi Howard A. Simon is a Reform movement rabbi in the United States. A graduate of the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion. Prior to assuming leadership of Temple Emanu-El Congregation (Sarasota, Florida), he served congregations in Baltimore, Atlantic City, Cincinnati, and Knoxville.
