Martin Jay Applebaum ![]() Martin Jay ApplebaumMartin Applebaum (1954-2016) served as rabbi chaplain of Fort Lewis, Washington and Fort Belvoir, Virginia. He also served as rabbi of B'nai Israel Synagogue, St. Catharines, Ontario and of Congregation Agudath Achim in Little Rock, Arkansas.
