יטא רחל בת צירל לאה
|
HaḲadosh Barukh hu (Blessed Holy one),
Nefesh kol ḥai (Spirit of All Life)
whose spirit is woven
through the ḥesronan (absences/dependencies)
inherent in all living creatures
binding us all together as one,
please strengthen the vitality of Yita Rokhl bat Tsirl Leah.

צֶדֶק צֶדֶק תִּרְדֹּף לְמַעַן תִּחְיֶה (דברים טז:כ חלק)
|
May my love and concern for her health
be counted among the prayers of all compassionate peoples
and the prayers of your people of Yisrael
to be received before the throne of your resplendent spirit,
that you may restore her in complete and vibrant health
and that she may continue to perform her holy work for justice,
as is proclaimed in your teaching:
“Tsedeq – Tsedeq Tirdof l’Ma’an Tiḥyeh”
(“Justice, Justice shall you pursue that you may live”) —

And so may she live in good health of body mind and spirit
for 120 years or more.
