 Aqédat YitsḥaqThe Qorbanot section of preparatory prayers begins the archetypal tale of an early more journey and sacrificial offering — the עֲקֵדַת יִצְחָק binding of Yitsḥaq (Isaac) by his father as attested in Genesis 22:1-19.
