May he that giveth victory to kings
and dominion to princes,
whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,
who delivered his servant David from the destructive sword:[1] Find 1 Chronicles 21:15.
who maketh a way through the sea,[2] i.e., for the Israelites through the Sea of Reeds.
a pathway through mighty waters,[3] again, for the Israelites, through the River Jordan.

O may he bless, preserve, guard and assist
dignify, aggrandise, and exalt on high,
our Sovereign Lady QUEEN VICTORIA,
ALBERT EDWARD, Prince of Wales,
[Alexandra] the PRINCESS of WALES,
and all the ROYAL FAMILY.
May the supreme King of kings
in his mercy grant life and protection to our Queen,
and deliver her from all trouble, sorrow, and peril.
May he subdue nations beneath her sway,
and make her enemies fall before her;
and in every enterprise in which she shall engage may she prosper.
May the supreme King of kings
in his mercy inspire her heart
and the hearts of all her counsellors and princes,
with feeling of compassion to deal benevolently with us,
and with all Israel.
In her days and in ours may Judah be delivered,
Israel dwell in safety,
and a redeemer come to Zion.
That this be his gracious will,
let us say, Amen.

The prayer, haNoten Teshua, adapted for Queen Victoria and her royal family, as found in HaTefilot miKol haShanah, a bilingual Hebrew-English siddur arranged and translated by Rabbi Abraham Pereira Mendes (1864).
