עֲנֵנוּ ה׳ אֱלֹהֵינוּ כִּי בְצָרָה גְּדוֹלָה אֲנַחְנוּ. רוֹפֵא כׇל בָּשָׂר וּמַפְלִיא לַעֲשֹׂות, הַרְחֵק מֵעָלֵינוּ כׇּל נֶגַע וּמַחֲלָה, וְהַצִּילֵנוּ מִכׇּל צָרָה וְצוּקָה, וְקַיֵּם בָּנוּ ”וְלֹא יִהְיֶה בָכֶם נֶגֶף לְמַשְׁחִית… (שמות יב:יג) וְלֹא יִתֵן הַמַּשְׁחִית לָבֹא אֶל בָּתֵּיכֶם לִנְגֹּף.“ (שמות יב:כג) כַּלֵה בְחַסְדְּךָ הַגָּדוֹל מַשְׁחִית וּמַגֵּפָה מִכׇּל בָּנֶיךָ וּבְנֹתֶיךָ, וְתֵן בָּנוּ וּבְכׇל אִישׁ וְאִשָּׁה בָּעוֹלָם מִקְרָא שֶׁכָּתוּב ”לֹא־תְאֻנֶּה אֵלֶיךָ רָעָה וְנֶגַע לֹא יִקְרַב בְּאָהֳלֶךָ.“ (תהלים צא:י)	Answer us, Hashem our elo’ah, for we are suffering intensely. Healer of all flesh and maker of wonders, distance us from all disease and sickness and rescue us from all trouble and distress and may it be for us [as it written], “so that no plague will destroy you… (Exodus 12:13) and not let the Destroyer enter and smite your home.” (Exodus 12:23) Eliminate with your great mercy the destroyer and plague from all your children, and give to every man and woman in the world your word as it is written, “no harm will befall you, no disease shall touch your tent.” (Psalms 91:10)
תֵּן מִכֹּחֲךְ הַגָּדוֹל, ”כִּי אֲנִי ה׳ רֹפְאֶךָ,“ (שמות טו:כו) עַל כׇּל יֹשְׁבֵי תֵבֵל אַרְצֶךָ וְעַל רֹפְאֵי הַחוֹלִים בְּכׇל מָקוֹם שֶׁהֵם, שֶׁיַּשְׂכִּילוּ לְרַפְּאוֹת אֶת חַחוֹלִים, לִמְנֹעַ מַחֲלָה מִכׇּל יִצִירֵי כַפֶּיךָ, וְתֵן בָּהֵם בִּינָה וְדַעַת לִמְצֹא חִסּוּן לְנֶגֶף בְּנֵי אֱנוֹשׁ בִּמְהֵרָה בְּיָמֵינוּ.	Grant of your great power [as it is written], “for I, YHVH, are your healer” (Exodus 15:26) to all the inhabitants of the earth in your land and to all the healers of the ill everywhere may they be educated in healing the sick, for preventing disease among all your creatures, and give them wisdom and understanding, to find strength in the challenges of humanity, speedily in our days.
וּשְׁמֹר צֵאֵָתֵנוּ וּבוֹאֵנוּ לְחַיִּים וּלְשָׁלוֹם מֵעַתָּה וְעַד עוֹלָם, וְיִתְקַיֵּם בָּנוּ בִּמְהֵרה מִקְרָא שֶׁכָּתוּב ”וְהַמַּגֵּפָה נֶעֱצָרָה,“ (במדבר יז:טו) וְכֵן יְהִי רָצוֹן, אָמֵן.	Guard our comings and goings for life and peace for now and forever. And may there be fulfilled for us, speedily, your word as it is written, “the plague was halted.” (Numbers 17:15) May this be your will, Amen.
